Lease Buyout Advisors was founded by Benjamin Landy, a born-and-raised New Yorker, former member of Community Board 3 Manhattan, and a seasoned real estate professional with over 19 years of experience. Having personally seen that in buyout situations, landlords typically took advantage of tenants, he felt a strong urge to intervene and help tenants get what they deserve.
